1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) refers to the site bithost.ru.
1.2. The site bithost.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is the property of the legal entity LLC Internet Technologies (OGRN: 1055010417812, INN: 5053041183, registration address: 144006, Elektrostal, Lenin Avenue, Building 2, Block 1, Office 122a).
1.3. This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Site Administration bithost.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site.
1.4. The Site Administration reserves the right to change, add at any time.
1.5. The use of the Site by the User indicates acceptance of the Agreement and amendments made to this Agreement.
1.6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. The terms listed below have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:
2.1.1. bithost.ru - An Internet resource operating via the Internet and its associated services (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
2.1.2. bithost.ru - a site containing information about Goods and/or Services and/or Other values for the user.
2.1.3. Site Administration - authorized employees managing the Site, acting on behalf of the legal entity LLC Internet Technologies.
2.1.4. User of the site (hereinafter referred to as the User) - an individual who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the user with access to Goods and/or Services contained on the Site.
3.1.1. The Site provides the User with the following types of services:
- access to search and navigation tools of the site;
- access to information about Goods and/or services and information about acquiring Goods and/or Services and other values on a paid/free basis;
3.1.2. All existing (actually functioning) services of the Site, as well as any subsequent modifications and newly appearing services are covered by this Agreement.
3.2. Access to the site is provided on a free basis.
3.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Gaining access to the Site, the User is deemed to have joined this Agreement.
3.4. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Site Administration has the right to:
4.1.1. Change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the content of this Site. Changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site.
4.1.2. Delete User accounts.
4.1.3. Refuse registration without explanation.
4.2. The User is entitled to:
4.2.1. Use all available services on the Site, as well as purchase any Goods and/or Services offered on the Site.
4.2.2. Ask any questions related to the services of the Site via email support@bithost.ru or through the electronic form.
4.2.3. Use the Site solely for purposes and in the manner provided for by the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.3. The User of the Site undertakes:
4.3.1. To provide additional information related to the provided services of this Site upon request from the Site Administration.
4.3.2. To respect the property rights of authors and other rights holders when using the Site.
4.4. The User is prohibited from:
4.4.1. Using any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms, and methods, automatic devices, or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy, or track the content of the Site.
4.4.2. Disrupting the proper functioning of the Site.
5. USE OF THE SITE
5.1. The Site and the content contained in the Site belong to and are managed by the Site Administration.
5.2. The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark legislation, and other rights related to intellectual property.
5.3. Acquiring Goods and/or Services offered on the Site may require creating a User account.
5.5. The User must immediately notify the Site Administration of any unauthorized use of their account or password.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. Any losses that the User may incur in the event of intentional or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement are not compensated.
6.2. The Site Administration is not responsible:
6.2.1. For delays or failures in the process of transaction execution due to force majeure.
7. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT
7.1. The Site Administration has the right to terminate and/or block access to the Site without prior notice to the User if the User violates this Agreement.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, presenting a claim is a mandatory condition before appealing to the court.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counter-offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
9.2. User reviews posted on the site are not confidential information and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
