You can get a full refund within 15 days. After this period, a refund is only provided for full unused months, minus 15%.

According to the agreement, the virtual hosting subscriber is obliged to monitor the accuracy of the provided personal data. Our staff may selectively verify profile data, and if they find discrepancies, they have the right to request them from the subscriber. It is not mandatory to provide passport data, but it is necessary for a refund. Staff may request passport data. In this case, the subscriber is obliged to provide them.

We are the operator of personal data in the Russian Federation and are responsible for data leaks. If an employee requests passport data and the subscriber refuses to provide it, we have the right to suspend the provision of services without a refund.
